This policy explains how Krowdee (“we”, “us”) handles personal information, consistent with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable Canadian privacy laws.

• Information you provide: your name, email address, and any materials or details you send us to produce your ads (for example, product images, your current offer, and reviews you choose to share).
• Payment information: purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Communications: the messages you send us by email or social media.

2. How we use your information

We use it to deliver the service you purchased, communicate with you about your order, process your payment through Stripe, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

3. How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — such as Stripe (payments) and our email and hosting providers — and where required by law.

4. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We will respond as required by applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) where applicable.

6. International processing

Some of our providers (including Stripe) may process data on servers outside Canada. Where that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

7. Cookies and tracking

krowdee.com does not use cookies or tracking technologies. If this changes, we will update this policy and add a cookie notice.
