These Terms govern your purchase and use of services from Krowdee (“Krowdee”, “we”, “us”), a studio operating in Canada that produces motion-graphic video advertisements. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Our “3-Ad Pack” includes three motion ads (a hero ad, an offer ad, and a review ad), each delivered in feed (1:1) and story (9:16) formats — six video files in total — with voiceover and sound design. Current scope and pricing are shown at krowdee.com and at checkout.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe and is due in full when you place your order. Prices are in USD. Introductory or promotional pricing applies only while offered and may change at any time for future orders.
After payment, you’ll send us the materials we need to start: product images, your current offer, and any guidance. Our stated 48-hour turnaround begins when we receive those materials — not at the time of payment. If materials are delayed or incomplete, the timeline extends accordingly.
One round of revisions is included with each order. Further revisions can be quoted separately.
If you are not satisfied after your included revision, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all materials you provide — including images, logos, trademarks, and reviews — and that any customer review or testimonial you supply is genuine and accurate. You grant Krowdee a licence to use these materials to produce your ads. You are responsible for how you use the delivered ads, including compliance with the advertising policies and laws applicable to the platforms where you run them. You agree to indemnify Krowdee against claims arising from materials you provide.
Upon full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered ad videos for your own advertising and marketing. Krowdee retains ownership of its underlying tools, templates, and production engine. Unless you opt out by emailing us, Krowdee may display delivered ads in its own portfolio and marketing.
We may decline to produce content that is unlawful, infringing, or inconsistent with our production standards. If we decline before starting work, you’ll receive a full refund.
We produce creative work. We do not guarantee any specific advertising outcome, reach, sales, or conversion.
Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krowdee’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
