This page says what Krowdee collects when you use krowdee.com or work with us, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
If you send us your website through the Start form or by email, we keep what you send: the address, your email and anything you write about what you are launching. If you become a client, we also keep what you give us to make the film: access to your product or recordings of it, your brand files, and the messages we exchange.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, to make and deliver your film, and to keep the records we are required to keep. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
The providers that run our email, our hosting and our client workspace, and nobody else unless the law requires it. For research we only use what's already public on your site. Anything you give us privately stays private.
How long we keep it
For as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as accounting rules require. If you ask us to delete what we hold about you, we will, apart from what we are required to keep.
Your film in public
We never show a film, name a client or describe a project in public without written permission.
Cookies and tracking
krowdee.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The only thing the site stores in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, on your own device, if you switch it. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to studio@krowdee.com.
